No, for a healthy adult, ginseng is completely safe, but as with everything in life, too much of anything is bad for you. Livsmedelsverket (the Swedish Food Agency), recommends that pregnant and breastfeeding women avoid products containing ginseng, as these may affect estrogen levels.
Our caffeine-free drinks contain ginseng. We follow Swedish Food Agency recommendations that discourage breastfeeding or pregnant women from using ginseng as this may impact estrogen levels.
BCAA is an abbreviation of “branched-chain amino acids”. The three essential amino acids, l-leucine, l-valine, and l-isoleucine, are used by your body to build muscles. Unlike regular protein powder, which consists of protein made up of BCAA and a multitude of other amino acids, BCAA is a pure BCAA supplement. The body itself cannot synthesize these acids for itself, which is why you need to add them to your diet.
BCAA extracted from vegan sources (crops).
BCAA is usually extracted from animals (usually residues from meat production). But when we developed our products, we wanted to offer a set of drinks that would appeal to everyone, from vegans and vegetarians to people who do not eat products from certain animals for religious reasons, so it seemed natural to use vegan ingredients.
All foodstuffs that do not come from animals are vegan.
Amino acids are compounds that build up proteins in our bodies. Proteins are necessary for muscles, immune systems and metabolisms to function optimally.
Amino acids are the structural units that build up the various proteins our bodies need.
Proteins are made up of about 20 amino acids. Nine of these acids are essential, We must get these via our diet because our bodies are unable to synthesize them. Protein is a nutrient needed by the human body for growth and maintenance. Protein is the major structural component of all cells in the body, especially muscle. In addition, hormones, enzymes and other components of the immune system are made up of proteins. Proteins are thus vital for the proper function of the body.
You get most of the amino acids you need through a varied and balanced diet. But if you train hard, you need extra protein to maintain your muscles, and an easy way to add the necessary amino acids to your diet is to supplement with BCAA drinks. The body cannot store essential amino acids, so we need to get our daily dose via the food we eat or the beverages we drink.
Many foods from the animal kingdom, such as meat, fish, chicken, eggs and dairy products contain a good mixture of essential amino acids, foods based on these sources all have good protein quality. Important sources of protein in the plant kingdom are cereals and legumes such as peas, beans and lentils.
We add 3200 mg / can, with a 2:1:1 distribution (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine)

We recommend a varied and balanced diet that should provide all the vitamins your body needs. But we realize that many people do not consume nearly enough fruit and vegetables – many eat far less of these than the recommended amount, making it difficult for them to get sufficient vitamins. Vitamin D is principally obtained through exposure to the sun. However, at northern latitudes in autumn, winter and spring, the sun’s rays are too weak to trigger vitamin D synthesis on the skin.
No, the levels present are far too low for that. But we recommend a maximum of two cans per day and a varied and balanced diet.
Each can contains B6, B7 and B12 and vitamin D. 100% of RDI. B vitamins are needed to support the body’s metabolism, immune system, nervous system and for cell division. B vitamins are found in many foods. B12 is only found naturally in animal-based food, our B12 supplement is manufactured synthetically. Vitamin B is partially destroyed when heated (cooking) or stored over long periods. Chronic stress depletes levels of vitamin B6 in the body.
Vitamin D is needed for multiple bodily functions; to maintain calcium reserves in the skeleton, to support the function of the muscles and to promote cell division and a well-functioning immune system. Vitamin D is principally obtained through exposure to the sun. However, at northern latitudes in autumn, winter and spring, the rays of the sun are too weak to trigger vitamin D synthesis on the skin.
